Order privacy

We collect the contact details, dessert selections, pickup date, requests, and payment references you submit to manage your order. We also store order history, text consent and opt-out records, and notification delivery information. An encoded network identifier helps limit repeated submissions.

The order manager is restricted to authorized managers. Your private receipt link provides access to your order details, so share it only with people you trust. Cash App and Zelle payments happen outside this website; we do not ask for your payment account password or bank login.

We use service providers to host the website, store orders, and send order communications. Email may be processed by Resend and our Titan mailbox; text messages are processed by Twilio and mobile carriers. Mobile numbers, SMS consent, and opt-out information are used to operate order messaging and are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Providers receive information needed to deliver and support these services.

Email and text updates are optional choices on the order form. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Order and messaging records are kept to run the business and resolve order questions. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or discuss what must be retained for business records, email orders@sweetjoeystreats.com.
